During the cold winter months, nothing hits the spot like a Matcha hot chocolate. Add toasted marshmallows to this drink for ultimate indulgence.

Ingredients
¼ cup white chocolate chips
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons Matcha Me Up powder
1 cup hot water
How To Prepare
In a saucepan, bring milk to a simmer over medium-low heat. Take off heat and whisk or stir in chopped white chocolate.
Sift 2 teaspoons of Matcha Me Up powder into 1 cup hot water and whisk until combined and frothy. Stir this into the almond milk/white chocolate mixture.
Pour your Matcha hot chocolate into two mugs and if you would like, top with toasted marshmallows.
