The perfect cup of Matcha


There is no better way to drink our Organic Ceremonial grade Matcha than with hot water. This is the traditional way to drink Matcha, as well as the quickest and easiest.



 

Ingredients


1 teaspoon Matcha Me Up powder

120ml of 80c water


 

How To Prepare


  1. Boil kettle and leave water to sit for 4-5 minutes until temperature is 80c.

  2. Sift Matcha into a bowl.

  3. Pour 20ml 80c water into the bowl and whisk vigorously in zigzag motion until frothy. This will remove any clumps.

  4. Add remaining water into the bowl, lightly whisk & serve.
